How is the Trend Velocity Score calculated?

Every trend is scored on three inputs — velocity (how fast it's growing), virality (how broadly it's spreading across creators), and longevity (whether it's still climbing after week one). Trends are re-scored every six hours.

How often is the feed updated?

Every six hours, around the clock. Trenddoll does not batch overnight like legacy trend reports — the score you see reflects the most recent six-hour window of activity.
